Terms of use

By creating an account or paying for Despendo you accept these terms. Despendo is a service of RUJESO, LLC (“we”); charges will appear under the name RUJESO, LLC.

The service

Despendo helps you log food stores, estimate days of autonomy, track a 72-hour kit, and export a family plan. It is an organizing tool, not medical, nutrition, legal, or official emergency advice. Calories and recipes are estimates.

Price

The yearly plan costs 4.99 USD per year, paid by card through Stripe or through PayPal. New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no card. AI features have a daily usage cap. We do not store card numbers. Access starts when payment is confirmed.

Renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews automatically every year, charged to the payment method you registered (card or PayPal), at 4.99 USD (or the current price, which we will announce in advance if it changes), until you cancel. We email you before each renewal. You can cancel anytime from My subscription (Manage subscription or Cancel renewal); after canceling there are no more charges and you keep access until the end of the paid period. If a renewal charge fails, it is retried for a few days and you keep access for 5 days; if it cannot be collected, the subscription ends. Except for a duplicate charge or where the law of your country provides otherwise, the period already paid is not refunded.

Referral program

Each account has a personal link to invite others. When someone signs up with your link and pays their first yearly subscription, you earn 1 free year. The reward is granted once per invited person and delivered 30 days after that first payment, to allow for refunds and chargebacks. Delivery: with an active Stripe subscription, as a credit on your balance; with PayPal, as a refund of your next renewal; with no active subscription, as 365 extra days of access. The 7-day free trial does not count as a payment. Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, and spam are not allowed; rewards are not granted if the invitee's payment is refunded or disputed before delivery, may be voided in cases of abuse or fraud, and are not redeemable for cash or transferable. We may change or end the program; changes do not affect rewards already delivered.

Liability

You are responsible for what you enter. Despendo is not liable for emergency decisions made solely from the app. To the extent the law allows, total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
